At Année, you will join a fast-growing communications agency working with publicly traded companies in Sweden and the Nordic region. You’ll be part of our journey, contributing to establishing the agency as a leader in capital market communications, sustainability advisory, and corporate reporting. Collaborating with experts in financial communication, strategy, sustainability, design, and storytelling, you will work with some of Sweden’s most prominent companies.

What you’ll work on
›› Prepare and lead sustainability workshops with clients, along with ESG training for boards and management, to guide them through the rapidly evolving sustainability landscape.
›› Provide expert support for implementing ESRS, helping clients navigate and meet the requirements of the new reporting directive as well as the EU Taxonomy.
›› Integrate sustainability into annual and interim reports, ensuring alignment with the company’s equity story, strategy, and shareholder value creation.
›› Craft compelling written content, primarily focused on the sustainability sections of annual and sustainability reports.
›› Establish yourself and Année as a trusted advisor in reporting projects, managing tasks from platform selection to delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely results.

Who you are
›› We believe you have at least five years of relevant consulting experience, with a minimum of one year specifically focused on sustainability issues and reporting.
›› You possess deep knowledge of sustainability frameworks and regulations. You excel at translating terms like CSRD, ESRS, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR, TCFD, and SBTi into practical, business-relevant solutions.
›› You are business minded and are passionate about the link between sustainability and shareholder value, with a clear understanding of how sustainability drives business strategy and enhances equity stories.
›› Experience in financial communication, investor relations, or roles related to the stock market is a significant advantage.
›› You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, with proven experience in writing and editing reports and presentations.
